How to Add Yahoo! Smileys in Blogger Comments
- Log in to Blogger Account.
- Go to Template > Edit HTML (Click on Proceed)
- Search for ]]></b:skin> (Press CTRL+F for finding the code)
- Add the following code just before ]]></b:skin>

- Next step is to add javascript code. Search for </body>
- Add the following code just before </body>
